新常态下中国研究生教育规模合理性分析——基于“中等收入陷阱”阶段多国数据比较

摘要 随着研究生教育规模的快速发展,关于其合理性的讨论愈发普遍。本文以经济新常态下中国如何突破"中等收入陷阱"为切入点,从研究生规模增速、规模存量及经济增长需求等多视角,比较对应时期中国、美国、英国、日本、韩国、俄罗斯等六国数据,探讨研究生教育与经济发展之间的协调性问题,研究结果表明:中国经济要想尽快突破"中等收入陷阱",当前的研究生教育规模无论是存量还是增量都依然不足;研究生教育规模与国家经济发展水平尚未达到最优匹配模式;因此在经济条件能够保证的前提下,研究生教育规模还应该稳步增长,但需要根据产业结构有针对性地进行。 With the rapid development of the scale of graduate education, the discussion about its rationality is becoming more common. In this paper, how to break through the "middle income trap" in China under the new economic norm as the starting point, from the perspective of the scale of the graduate students, the scale of stock and the economic growth demand, compare the corresponding period China, the United States, Britain, Japan, Korea, Russia and other six The results of the research show that the Chinese economy in order to break through the "middle income trap", the current scale of graduate education, whether it is stock or increment are still inadequate; graduate education scale And the level of national economic development has not yet reached the optimal matching model; so the economic conditions can guar- antee the premise of the scale of graduate education should also be steady growth, but need to be targeted according to the industrial structure.
