构建当代大学生先进性教育"二三三"谱系,"二"即为学和做,这是理论学习和实践锻炼的统一,是"学"的手段和"做"的目的的统一。从知识、能力和素养"三"个方面进行以下"三"类内容教育,一是进行道德、法纪和科学教育,构筑大学生党员先进性教育的基础;二是学习党章和习近平总书记系列讲话为核心内容的党性教育,构筑大学生党员先进性教育的政治标志;三是科学发展的五个理念,构筑大学生党员先进性教育的时代精神。
