华岳是南宋中期的爱国志士,身怀济世之才却遭逢坎坷。在被贬期间完成《翠微先生北征录》一书,该书阐述了他的军事理论,主要体现在军事人才、武器装备、防御系统、战术战略等方面,虽然未及实施,但是却为后人留下一笔宝贵的财富。

Huayue is a patriotic person who lived in the middle of the Southern Song Dynasty. He is very learned, but is not reused. During the period of being demoted, he completed the book of ＂Fighting North Recording by Mr. Cuiwei＂, the book describes his military theory, mainly reflected in the military personnel, weapons and equipment, defense sys- tems, tactical strategy, although not implemented, but he leaves a valuable legacy for future generations.
