摘要
加快发展现代服务业已经成为我国经济发展模式转变的重要战略,如何培养适应现代服务业需求的人才已经成为高等院校研究与实践的重点。本文以辽宁轻工职业学院酒店管理专业为例,从现代服务业的人才需求入手,提出酒店管理专业高素质技能人才培养的对接路径。
The rapid development of the modem service industry is an important strategy of shifting model of economic development in China. How to train the high - quality hotel industry skills and talents adaptable to the demands of modem service industry is a key problem to the research and practice of higher vocational college. This paper studies the path choice to train the talents adaptable to the demands of modem service industry by combining with teaching practice of Lia- oning Vocational College Light Industry.
