基于阳光体育运动理念的高职体育课程改革

Based on the Concept of Sunshine Sports Vocational Physical Education Curriculum Reform

阳光体育运动是中国亿万学生阳光体育运动的简称,是我国体育总局、共青团、教育部三方共同组织发起的一项大型体育活动。开展阳光体育运动的目的主要是进一步优化培养学生的运动兴趣,进一步优化提升学生的综合竞争实力,高职院校作为阳光体育运动开展的主要场所,必须要改革创新高职院校的体育教学模式,将阳光体育运动理念融入到体育教学改革之中,最终帮助高职院校学生在心理方面及身体方面都能得到优化发展,为社会培养更多的优秀人才。本文围绕阳光体育运动理念的高职体育课程改革展开了讨论。

Sunshine sports is a short term for the sunshine sports of Chinag hundreds of millions of students. It is a large - scale sports activity initiated by the general administration of sport of China, the communist youth league and the min- istry of education. To carry out the main aim of the sunshine sports movement is to further optimize the cultivating students ＂interest in sports, further optimize promote students＇comprehensive competitive strength, higher vocational colleges must reform and innovation in higher vocational colleges of physical education teaching mode, the sunlight sports finally help higher vocational college students in psychological and physical aspects can be optimized development, cultivate more tal- ents for the society. This paper discusses the reform of PE curriculum in the concept of sunshine sports.
