综合护理干预对慢性心衰合并焦虑抑郁患者的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Complicated Anxiety and Depression

目的:本研究旨在评价综合护理干预对慢性心衰合并焦虑抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法:本研究共入选98例慢性心衰合并焦虑抑郁患者,随机分为试验组(n=48)和对照组(n=50),对照组采取常规护理干预,试验组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预,4周后比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、6 min步行距离及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,试验组SAS、SDS评分均明显下降,6 min步行距离明显延长,护理满意度明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预明显改善慢性心衰患者焦虑抑郁症状,改善运动耐量,提高护理满意度,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective：To assess curative effect with comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） complicated anxiety and depression.Method：A total of 98 patients with CHF complicated anxiety and depression were enrolled in the present study.All the patients were classified into experimental group（n=48） and control group（n=50） randomly.Control group adopted routine nursing intervention,while observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention.After following up for 4 weeks,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score,self-rating depression scale（SDS） score,the distance of 6-minute walk test,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：The level of SAS,SDS scores in experimental group were lower significantly than those in control group after effective nursing measures;compared with control group,observation group had a significantly prolonged 6 MWT and a higher nursing satisfaction,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve the symptom of anxiety and depression,increase exercise capacity and nursing satisfaction,which is suggested to be further popularized.
