摘要
介绍姜之炎主任从鼻、脾论治小儿慢性咳嗽的临床经验。认为本病的治疗应重视治鼻,而治鼻首应重视治脾;从中西医结合角度解析小儿慢性咳嗽治鼻、治脾之理由,并阐述常用方药及举验案1则。
This paper introduces Professor Jiang Zhiyan＇ s clinical experience in treating chronic cough in children from nose and spleen. He considers that the treatment for this disease should pay attention to treat nose,while treating nose should first regulate spleen. In the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine in combination, the reasons for treating chronic cough in children based on regulating nose and spleen are analyzed, and the commonly used prescriptions and drugs are elaborated. One proven case is presented.
