内镜切除术联合疏肝和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型胃多发息肉临床研究

Clinical study of endoscopic resection combined with Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of gastric polyps with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach

目的研究内镜切除术联合疏肝和胃汤治疗胃多发息肉术后的临床疗效。方法将80例胃多发息肉患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组均给予内镜下切除术和质子泵抑制剂治疗,治疗组结合疏肝和胃汤内服,疗程1个月。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)水平变化情况。结果 (1)治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)治疗后,两组中医症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,两组血清PGⅠ、PGR水平较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下切除术结合疏肝和胃汤治疗胃多发息肉可显著改善临床症状,促进胃黏膜修复。

Objective To study the postoperative clinical efficacy of endoscopic resection combined with Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of gastric polyps. Methods 80 patients with gastric polyps were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in group. Both groups were treated with endoscopic resection and proton pump inhibitor. In addition, the treatment group was treated with Shugan Hewei Decoction by oral administration. The drug treatment course was one month in both groups. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome scores and serum levels of pepsinogen （PG）were observed in both groups. Results ①The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. ②After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased in both groups compared with treatment before（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③Mter treatment, the serum level of PG Ⅰ and the ratio of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ（PGR）were significantly increased in both groups compared with treatment before（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Endoscopic resection combined with＇Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of gastric polyps can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and promote the repair of gastric mucosal.
