肿瘤干细胞表面标志物CD133表达水平对Ⅱ期结直肠癌肝转移发生风险的预测价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析CD133表达水平对Ⅱ期结直肠癌患者肝转移发生风险的预测价值。方法本研究选取2012年至2016年间本院就诊的确诊Ⅱ期CRC患者98例进行研究,随访收集肝转移发生情况信息并讨论CD133表达水平对Ⅱ期CRC肝转移发生风险的预测价值。采用SPSS17.0软件分析数据。结果基线CD133的表达阳性特征分析结果提示肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中CD133的表达阳性率未见性别差异。随访1年期间4例患者死亡,此4例患者均为基线测量中CD133阳性表达组患者,其中2例并见癌旁组织CD133表达阳性。其余94例患者中肝转移者检出率为22.34%。基线肿瘤组织CD133表达阳性的75例患者中随访检出肝转移患者发生率为26.67%,显著高于基线肿瘤组织CD133阴性者中的发生水平,P<0.05;此外基线癌旁组织CD133表达阳性者中随访肝转移的发生率为87.50%,高于阴性表达组水平,P<0.05。结论肿瘤组织中CD133表达增加会提高Ⅱ期结直肠癌肝转移的潜在风险,且癌旁组织中CD133表达增高也对肿瘤肝转移具有一定的预测功能。 Objective To evaluate the predictive value of CD133 expression level in the risk of liver metastasis in patients with stage Ⅱ colorectal cancer. Methods 98 patients with stage Ⅱ CRC were enrolled from 2012 to 2016 in our hospital in this study. The data of liver metastases were collected and the predictive value of CD133 expression level on the risk of stage Ⅱ liver metastases was analyzed. SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CD133 expression between tumor tissues and adjacent tissues. Four patients died during the 1-year follow-up period. All of the 4 patients were in CD133 positive expression group. Two of them has positive CD133 expression in adjacent tissues. The detection rate of liver metastases in the remaining 94 patients was 22.34%. The incidence of liver metastases in the 75 patients with positive CD133 positive expression was 26.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the baseline CD133 negative patients( P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, the incidence of liver metastases in the group with positive rate of CD133 ( 87.50% ) was significantly higher than the negative expression group (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion The increase of CD133 expression in tumor tissue will increase the potential risk of liver metastasis of stage Ⅱ colorectal cancer,and the expression of CD133 in adjacent tissues also has a good predictive function for tumor liver metastasis.
