摘要
从文化适应性角度,分析了教学管理部门、临床老师、留学生三个主体的文化适应现状,阐述了三者之间的关系以及三者与教学质量之间的关系并建立了关系模型,提出围绕留学生教学质量为核心,以提高相关主体的文化适应能力为抓手,对医学来华留学生实行趋同化管理和差异化培养,从而为世界各国培养合格的医学人才。
This paper analyzes the cultural adaptability of the three main disciplines of teaching management, clinical teachers and international students from the perspective of cultural adaptability, and expounds the relationship between the three and the relationship which between the three and the quality of teaching, and then establishes the relationship model. Around the quality of teaching, in order to improve the cultural adaptability of the relevant subjects as the starting point, the medical overseas students to implement the convergence of management and differentiation of training, so as to cultivate qualified medical talents for the world.
