Exploration and Practice of Three-stage Integration Training Model for Talents of Obstetrics and Gynecology

将院校教育、毕业后教育、继续教育三个阶段教育进行有机衔接,对教育理念、内容、方法等进行整合,构建一体化妇产科学人才培养体系,培养临床实践能力强、人文职业素质强、终身学习能力强的"三强"妇产科学人才。为我国建成院校教育、毕业后教育、继续教育三阶段有机衔接的标准化、规范化临床医学人才培养体系提供参考。

To construct integrated obstetrics and gynecology training model tor talents, we lmegrate the three medical stages of in-school education, post-graduated education and continuing education, and reform the theory, content and methods of medical education. Our training model succeeds to cultivate well-educated obstetrics and gynecology talents of strong abilities to practice clinical practice and improve by life long self-learning. Furthermore, our training model provides guidance for domestic reform to explore the standard integrated clinical medical training model for the three-stage Integra- tion of in-school education, post-graduate education and continuing education.
