糖化血红蛋白实验室检测技术及方法学进展 被引量:19

摘要 糖化血红蛋白A1c(Haemoglobin A1c,Hb A1c)是人体血液中葡萄糖与血红蛋白β链N-末端缬氨酸(βN-1-去氧果糖基血红蛋白)残基以共价键结合的稳定的一类化合物。目前Hb A1c是评价糖尿病患者长期血糖控制状况的"金标准",在糖尿病治疗及其并发症监测中具有重要价值。临床实验室采用的Hb A1c检测技术方法达30多种。根据其实验原理一般分为两类:一类是基于糖基化与非糖基化血红蛋白所携带的电荷不同,如离子交换层析法、电泳法;另一类是基于糖基化与非糖基化血红蛋白的化学结构不同,如免疫法、酶免法以及亲和层析法等。论述了糖化血红蛋白A1c实验室检测技术及方法学评价新的进展。
