摘要
实践教学作为创新能力培养的主要环节,是建设世界一流大学和一流学科的重要组成部分。实践教学成功的关键是拥有一支教学水平高、实践教学能力强的师资队伍。由于长期受传统教育理念和教育体制的影响,农科类实践教学师资队伍建设方面存在以下不足:重科研轻教学,实践知识缺乏,实践教学能力薄弱,考评机制不合理,实践教学评价缺失,实践教学保障条件滞后。在借鉴美国、德国和澳大利亚等国外应用型高校实践师资队伍建设经验的基础上,提出农科类高校实践教学师资队伍建设的策略,包括转变高校重科研轻教学的教育理念,丰富教师的实践知识,提升教师的实践教学能力,完善教师考评体系,构建实践教学评价指标体系,加快实践教学基地建设。
As one of the key links in the innovation ability training, practice teaching is an important part ofthe world first-class university and the first-class discipline. The problems of practice teaching in agricultural u-niversities are as follows: valuing scientific research and neglecting teaching, penurious practical knowledge,weak practice teaching ability, irrational appraisal mechanism, lacking practice teaching evaluation, and be-hindhand teaching practice security conditions. On the basis of experience on the team construction of faculty inAmerica, Germany and Australia, this paper put forward some countermeasures for the construction of practicefaculty in agricultural universities, such as changing the traditional idea of valuing scientific research and neglec-ting teaching, enriching practical knowledge, speeding up the teachers' practical teaching ability, improving theteacher evaluation system, constructing an evaluation index system of practice teaching, and improving the basicconditions for practice teaching.
