我国高校特色专业评估的理念与实践

摘要 特色专业体现高校的办学优势与特色,它是高校进行专业建设和教学改革的基石。近年来,我国各高校纷纷启动特色专业建设项目。文章对特色专业的内涵、建设成效进行了研究,并通过对广东、江苏、辽宁等地实施的特色专业建设项目的评估方案进行分析,提出以下问题与对策建议:高校特色专业建设模式高度同质化,需进一步强化分类评估;评估主体过于单一,需要发挥利益相关者在评估中的作用;评估过程流于形式,需要加强评估的改进功能;评估范围过于狭隘,需注重对其他专业建设引领作用的评估。 Characteristic specialty can represent the characteristics and advantages of running a universityand it is the corner-stone of carrying on specialty construction and teaching reform. In recent years, higher edu-cation institutions launched projects of constructing characteristic specialty one after another and studied its con-notation and construction effects. According to the analysis on the evaluation scheme of the projects of construc-ting characteristic specialty in Guangdong, Jiangsu and Liaoning provinces, we come to conclusions: the prob-lem—the homogeneity of modes of constructing the characteristic specialty—is very serious so classification eval-uation should be strengthened. The evaluation subject is single so we should attach importance to stakeholders.The evaluation process is formulaic so we should strengthen the analysis service later. Evaluation scope is verylimited so we should put emphasis on evaluating the effect of constructing the cross-disciplinary specialty.
