试论旅游管理专业本科“互动一体化”实践教学体系的构建

Study on the Construction of ＂Interactive Practice Teaching System＂ Of Tourism Management

旅游管理专业作为一门实践性很强的应用型学科，要求在人才培养中充分重视实践教学环节。针对目前旅游管理专业本科实践教学中存在的问题，试图从实践教学目标的设定、教学内容的设置、教学过程的管理和教学效果的评价四个方面构建“互动一体化”实践教学体系，以实现人才的高效培养。

Tourism management as a practical applied science, requires us to pay much attention on practice teaching part in the process of talents cultivation. This article analyzed series of problems in practice teaching, then built the ＂interactive practice teaching system＂ from the aspect of practice teaching goal setting, teaching content setting, teaching management and teaching effect evaluation to realize efficiently talent cultivation.
