社会资本对产学研合作创新绩效的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Cooperative Innovation Performance of Social Capital

从社会资本的视角，以吸收能力作为中介变量，尝试阐述产学研社会资本对产学研合作创新绩效的影响作用，并运用Bootstrap—SEM模型对问卷调查收集到的相关数据进行实证分析。结果表明：社会资本对产学研合作创新绩效具有直接的正向促进作用，但直接作用强度较小；潜在吸收能力和现实吸收能力对产学研合作创新绩效有促进作用，且在社会资本与产学研合作创新绩效关系间担当部分中介的角色。

The article tries to study the social capital＇s influence on the cooperative performance of innovation which from the perspective of social capital and absorptive ability as intermediary variables, and analyze the relevant data of questionnaire survey using the Bootstrap SEM model .The result shows： the social capital has a direct positive role to the innovative performance of production-education-research cooperation, but the direct strength is small. Potential absorptive capacity and the reality of cooperative innovation performance has a promoting effect of absorptive capacity, and in the relation between social capital and the cooperative innovation performance bear partial intermediary role.
