摘要
以福州山仔水库蓝藻发生期的水样为材料,分离获得了2株形态不同的蓝藻。在形态学鉴定的基础上,进一步以16SrRNA基因为分子标记,对分离获得的2株水花蓝藻进行了分子鉴定。结果显示:山仔水库夏秋发生的水华优势种为铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa),春末发生的水华优势种为浮游鱼腥藻(Anabaena planctonica)。研究首次对山仔水库不同季节的水花蓝藻种类进行了生物鉴定,其结果可为蓝藻水华的监测与防治提供基础性资料。
In this paper, the water samples of cyanobaeteria bloom in Fuzhou Shanzai reservoir were used as materials. Two strains of blue--green algae in different morphologywere isolated from the water samples. On the basis of morphological identification, the 16SrRNA gene was further used as molecular marker to identify 2 blue-green algae.The results showed that the dominant species of bloom in summer and autumn wasMicrocystis aeruginosa. The dominant species of water bloom in late spring is Anabaena planctonica.For the first time, the species of cyanobacteria in different seasons were evaluated by bioassay. The results can provide basic data for monitoring and controlling cyanobacteria bloom.
