摘要 针对海绵铁处理水中的Cr(Ⅵ)应用,研究了海绵铁投加量、反应时间、搅拌速率、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度对吸附处理效果的影响,并通过扫描电镜分析了其吸附机理。结果表明:在海绵铁投加量为30g/L,搅拌速度为50r/min,反应时间为340min时,海绵铁对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。说明海绵铁对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除机理是还原、螯合沉淀、吸附等综合作用的结果。研究结果可为Cr(Ⅵ)污染的治理提供新的思路。 In this paper,the disposal of chromium(Ⅵ)from aqueous by sponge iron is examined.The results showed that the adsorption performance was affected by dosage, response time, stirring rate, chromium(Ⅵ) initial concentration. The adsorption mechanism was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The adsorption process of spongy iron for chromium(Ⅵ) accords with the Langmuir isotherm when the dosage was 30g/L,the stirring rate was 50 r/min and the response time was 340min.It could be inferred that the mechanism of disposal of chromium(Ⅵ) was the results of reduction, chelating precipitation and adsorption. The research results in this paper provided a new idea to chromium(Ⅵ) pollution control.
