可机洗仿真丝柯根纱的印花和挺括整理

真丝柯根纱不易粘附台板,导致印花加工困难,且容易产生得色不匀等质量问题。依据丝棉、丝粘交织物的特性,以海藻酸钠为糊料,优选活性染料进行印花后,采用聚氨酯树脂P与环氧树脂W共同进行挺括后整理,即获得挺括的柯根纱风格,且不影响手感,机洗缩率控制在±5%以内,具备可机洗性能。

Organza of silk is difficult to adhere to the platform during printing, and quality problems such as uneven color are easy to occur. According to characteristics of silk/cotton and silk/viscose, the pro- cessing technology is studied. Printing with reactive dyes and sodium alginate as the paste followed by stiffening with polyurethane P and epoxide resin W, the treated fabric features organza style without influence on its handle and machine washable property with shrinkage to machine washing within 5%.
