摘要
目的:探讨微栓塞球联合凝血酶粉制剂经股动脉介入制作Beagle犬急性心肌梗死模型的可行性。方法:Beagle犬(月龄10~13个月)32只,雌雄各半,穿刺股动脉行冠状动脉造影,经微导管快速注入聚乙烯微球(4×10~4/ml)悬浮制剂2ml,再注入凝血酶粉制剂2ml(1000u/ml),制作心肌梗死模型。结果:全部Beagle犬均成功行冠状动脉造影术。术中死亡5只。术后24h内总死亡7只,术后2周内总死亡9只,2周的存活率为71.9%。结论:微栓塞球联合凝血酶粉栓塞法是一种新型有效的犬急性心肌梗死造模方法,可广泛应用于实验研究。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of making acute myocardial infarction model in Beagle dog by microspheres combined with thrombin powder through femoral artery intervention.Method:The 32 Beagle dogs(ages 10-13 months),with male and female in half,were punctured femoral artery to make coronary angiography,and rapid injected polyethylene microspheres 2 ml(4×10^4/ml)into left anterior descending coronary artery by microcatheter.Then they were injected with thrombin powder 2 ml(1000 u/ml)to make myocardial infarction model.Result:All Beagle dogs were successfully underwent coronary angiography.Five died during surgery.Seven died within 24 hafter surgery,and two died within 2 weeks after surgery.The 2 weeks survival rate was 71.9%.Conclusion:Microspheres combined with thrombin powder is a new and effective method for modeling acute myocardial infarction in dogs,which can be widely used in myocardial infarction related research.
