摘要 慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者,尤其是终末期肾病患者死亡率明显增加,其主要死因为心血管疾病。FGF23主要参与CKD患者钙磷代谢的调节,最新相关研究发现其可以通过介导冠状动脉(冠脉)钙化、冠脉血管内皮功能障碍等途径促进冠脉粥样硬化的发生发展,并与冠心病及心肌重塑等有明显关联。 Patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),particularly end-stage renal disease,face an increased risk of mortality,mainly from cardiovascular disease.FGF23 mainly involved in regulating metabolism of calcium phosphate in CKD patients.Recent studies showed that FGF23 also accelerated the progress of coronary artery calcification and vascular endothelial cell dysfunction in which FGF23 mediated the development of coronary atherosclerosis.FGF23 also significantly associated with coronary heart disease as well as cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction.
