点阵激光联合中药浸泡治疗多发性跖疣30例临床观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Laser Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Multiple Plantar Warts

目的探讨点阵激光联合中药浸泡治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法选择2015年1月-2016年6月在皮肤科门诊治疗的多发性跖疣患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,观察组采用点阵激光联合自拟中药方浸泡治疗,对照组采用火针联合自拟中药方浸泡治疗,每2周为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗4个疗程,比较两组患者在第1、第2、第3、第4个疗程后行走、压迫时的疼痛情况,治疗有效率及不良反应,并随访3个月,比较两组患者的复发率。结果治疗前两组患者的疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者随着疗程的增多疼痛评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在第1、第2、第3、第4疗程后观察组患者的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第1、第2疗程后两组患者治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),自第3疗程后,观察组患者的有效率为83.33%明显高于对照组的43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第4疗程后,观察组患者的有效率为93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,对照组共复发5例(22.73%),观察组无复发病例,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论点阵激光联合中药浸泡治疗多发性跖疣能够迅速改善症状,减轻疼痛,不良反应少,效果显著,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of fractional laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine for multiple plantar warts. Methods Sixty patients with multiple plantar warts from dermatology department from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the control and treatment group,30 patients per group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with fractional laser combined with soaking feet in home-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. Patients in the control group were treated with heated needle combined with soaking feet in home-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated for 4 courses,2 weeks per course. Walking pain and tenderness of feet,therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were assessed after each course of treatment. Patients were also followed up for 3 months to determine the recurrence rates. Results Before treatment there were no significant differences in the pain scores between the two groups（P〉0.05）. But the pain scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the controls over the entire courses of treatments（P〈0.05）. Although the effective rates were no differences between the two groups in the first two courses of treatments（P〈0.05）,the effective rates were significant higher in the treatment group than in the controls after the third and fourth courses of treatments（83.33% vs. 43.33% after 3rd course; 93.33% vs. 73.33% after 4th course; P〈0.05 for both 3rd and 4th courses）. Recurrence rate was 22.73%（5 cases）in the controls while no recurrence was observed in the treatment group. Conclusion In the treatment of multiple plantar warts,combination of fractional laser and traditional Chinese medicine can rapidly improve symptoms and reduce pain with less adverse reactions and low recurrence rates.
