淮安市2007-2016年隐性梅毒流行特征分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Latent Syphilis in Huaian from 2007 to 2016

目的了解淮安市2007-2016年隐性梅毒的流行趋势,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法对淮安市2007-2016年在中国疾病预防控制信息系统中报告的隐性梅毒疫情资料进行分析。结果淮安市2007-2016年共报告隐性梅毒4 400例,发病率从1.75/10万上升到15.83/10万,发病呈逐年增长趋势(P=0.01),年平均增长27.72%;女性报告病例数多于男性,男女性别比平均为0.62∶1;15~59岁年龄组报告病例最多,60岁以上年龄人群增幅最大,男性隐性梅毒病例呈现>65岁年龄组一个发病高峰,女性隐性梅毒病例呈现20~34岁及>65岁年龄组两个发病高峰。职业以农民、家务及待业为主,共占73.32%,离退休人员增幅较大。结论淮安市2007-2016年隐性梅毒增长迅速,应进一步加强性病艾滋病综合防治措施,加强隐性梅毒网络疫情报告质量管理,加强临床医生对梅毒诊断的培训,提高隐性梅毒报告质量。

Objective To reveal the epidemiologic trends and characteristics of latent syphilis in Huaian from 2007-2016,and to provide rationale for developing the preventive measures. Methods Data of latent syphilis were obtained from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and analyzed with Excel 2010 and SPSS17.0. Results From 2007 to 2016,a total of 4 400 latent syphilis cases were reported in Huaian,with an increase from 1.75/100 000 to 15.83/100 000,a tendency to increase annually（27.72% annually, P=0.01）. Male to female ratio was 0.62：1. Majority of cases were 15-59 years of age. The biggest increase in prevalence was subjects aged over 60 years old. The highest incidence occurred in subjects aged 〉65 years old in males,and 20-34 and 〉65 years old in females. Farmers,houseworkers and unemployed persons accounted for 73.32% of the patients,and a more increase in incidence of latent syphilis was found in retired population. Conclusion From 2007 to 2016,the latent syphilis increased rapidly. A more comprehensive preventive measures of STD and AIDS should be taken. Advanced management of latent syphilis report system and appropriate training of health persons could improve the prevention and treatment of latent syphilis.
