摘要
目的抗菌药物的滥用加重了病原菌对药物的耐药性,也增加了临床治疗病原菌感染的难度。近年来鲍氏不动杆菌引发的病原菌感染病例逐年上升,所以研究鲍氏不动杆菌对抗菌药物的耐药机制是目前研究的热点。本研究对鲍氏不动杆菌外排泵系统的分子结构,蛋白家族,耐药基因所在遗传元件的转移方式以及外排泵抑制剂进行了总结,重点对外排泵超家族和与其对应的抑制剂进行了阐述。通过对外排泵系统介导鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性的作用机制的分析,为治疗鲍氏不动杆菌引起的疾病提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE The abuse of antibiotics increases bacterial resistance to drugs,it also increases the difficulty of the clinical treatment of bacterial infections.In recent years,the number of cases of Acinetobacter baumannii infection was increased year by year,therefore,it is the hot spot at present to study the drug resistance mechanisms of the A.baumannii.The study introduces the molecular structure and protein family of the A.baumannii,transferring modes of genetic elements where resistance genes located and efflux pump inhibitors,focusing on description of the efflux pump superfamily and its corresponding inhibitors.The analysis of the efflux pump systemmediated drug resistance mechanisms of the A.baumannii may provide theoretical basis for treatment of diseases caused by the A.baumannii.
