摘要
研究生兼职辅导员队伍是近年高校学生思想政治工作的新生力量。该队伍主要由在读研究生组成,与专职辅导员队伍相比,具有工作热情主动、更贴近学生、容易掌握学生动态、能为学生树立榜样和创新能力强的优势;同时,也存在着职业动机多样化、缺乏系统培训、在岗时间短、无激励和约束机制等问题。因此,从科学选拔、严格入职,深入教育、定期培训,加强管理、严格考勤,有效激励、平衡制约等多方面加强研究生兼职辅导员队伍建设,就成为促进这支队伍更好发展的有效对策。
Graduate students part-time counselors have been an important force of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in recent years. The team is composed of graduate students, with the composition of the full-time counselors for outstanding student work team. There are more enthusiastic, closer to students, easier to master dynamic state of students with advantages of strong innovation abilities, who can be good examples for students to follow. Meanwhile, the problems still exist of multiple motives, lack of systematic training, and short-time in the post, without the incentive and restraint mechanism. To solve the above problems, the construction of part-time graduate students' counselors is to be strengthened from such aspects as the scientific selection, strict entry system, in-depth education, regular training, consolidated management, strict attendance, effective incentive and balance restraints, which will be an effective countermeasure for the better development of such a team.
