摘要
以乙二胺四乙酸、均苯四甲酸、2-苯基咪唑啉为主要原料,甲醇为溶剂合成得到了1种消光固化剂,并采用红外色谱对产物结构进行了表征。通过产品收率计算和光泽度测定研究了原料配比、溶剂种类对产品性能的影响。结果表明,当乙二胺四乙酸用量为292 g,均苯四甲酸为255 g,2-苯基咪唑啉为294 g,甲醇的用量为1 500 g时,产品的收率达到97%,涂膜光泽度6%(60°)且性能优良,该消光固化剂可替代市售产品B68或与B68混合使用。
The extinction curing agent was synthesized using ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, pyromellitic acid and 2- phenylimidazoline as main raw materials and methanol as solvent. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of raw material ratio and solvent type on the product performance were studied by product yield calculation and film gloss measurement. The results showed that when the amount of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, pyromellitic acid, 2-phenylimidazoline and methanol was 292 g ,255 g, 294 g and 1 500 g, respectively ,the yield of the product was 97% and the gloss of coating film was 6% (60° ). The film had excellent performance. The extinction curing agent could replace the commercial product B68 or mixed with the B68.
