摘要
以丁羟胶(HTPB)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料合成预聚体,采用双酚A二缩水甘油醚(环氧E51)及3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)对其固化。通过力学性能和吸水率测试研究了环氧树脂添加量对聚氨酯性能的影响。研究表明,环氧的添加增加了聚氨酯的硬度,当环氧添加质量分数为10%时,材料的力学性能最好。而材料的吸水率随着环氧量的增加而降低。
The hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) were used as raw materials to synthesize polyurethane prepolymer, then the prepolymer was cured with bisphenol-A diglycidyl ether (epoxy ES1 ) and 3,3 '-dichloro-4,4'-diamino-diphenylmethane (MOCA). The effects of epoxy amount on the properties of polyurethane was studied by the testings of mechanical properties and water absorption. The results showed that the the hardness of polyurethane was improved by the addition of epoxy resin. When the mass fraction of epoxy resin was 10% , the mechanical properties of the material were the best. And the water absorption of the material was decreased with the increasing of epoxy amount.
