摘要
通过选取舟山蓝科海洋生物研究所(岱山)大黄鱼和舟山市水产研究所大黄鱼亲本,构建12个家系:岱山♀×舟山所♂(A1、A2、A3),舟山所♀×岱山♂(B1、B2、B3),岱山♀×岱山♂(C1、C2、C3),舟山所♀×舟山所♂(D1、D2、D3),并对其3月龄、6月龄、9月龄、12月龄的体长(L)、体质量(m)进行测量分析。试验结果证明家系A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3、C1、C2、C3的体长体质量在各个月龄均大于家系D1、D2、D3,且差异显著(P<0.05),并拟合其中两个生长特性差异较大的家系生长曲线如:A1,m=0.0212L^(2.9248)(r^2=0.9987),D3,m=0.0362L^(2.6816)(r2=0.9971),拟合度较好,表明该生长阶段网箱养殖的大黄鱼为等速生长,但不同家系间体长与体质量的关系差异显著。综合结果表明,通过岱山大黄鱼和舟山所大黄鱼产生F1代大黄鱼的生长性能优于同代舟山所大黄鱼子代,可应用于下一步的育种工作。
The body length and body weight of 3--12 month old were compared among large yellow croak- er Pseudosciaena crocea F1 crossed between Zhoushan Blue Institute of (Daishan) and Zhoushan fisheries research institute self-reproducing large yellow craker including Daishan ♀ × Zhoushan Research Institute (Family A1, A2, A3) ; Zhoushan Research Instituteg )〈 Daishan ♂ (Family B1, B2, B3) ; Daishan ♀ × Daishan ♂(Family C1, C2, C3); Zhoushan Research Institute♀× Zhoushan Research Institute ♂ (Family D1, D2, D3), total 12 families. The results showed that the fish in families A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, and C3 had larger body length and body weight than the fish in families D1, D2, and D3 at every period (P〈0.05). The fitting relationship between body length (L) and body weight (m) was expressed as the following:Family A1, m=0. 0212La9Z48(r2= 0. 9974), Family D3, m:0. 0362L^2.6816 (r2 =0. 9952), indicating that the growth was the same in a net cage culture. However, the relationship between body length and body weight was different among different families. The findings suggest that F1 crossed be- tween Daishan and Zhoushan Research Institute large yellow croaker be applied to the breeding of large yellow croaker in the future.
