摘要
近二、三十年以来,教师专业伦理教育在美国受到了广泛的重视。本文探讨了美国职前教师专业伦理教育的三种基本途径,即"基于规范"的途径、"应用理论"的途径和"案例分析"的途径,及其走向一种"混合的案例分析"途径的发展趋向。在此基础上,总结了一些有助于我国更好地开展职前教师专业伦理教育的有益启示。
In recent twenty and thirty years, education of teacher professional ethics has been gaining widespread attention. This paper discusses three approaches to professional ethics education for pre-service teacher in America, namely 'code-based' approach, 'applied theory' approach and 'case study' approach. Thetendency to professional ethics education for pre-service teacher in America will move toward a "mixed case study" approach. Based on the above analysist, this paper summarizes some useful lessons to help improve the professional ethics education for pre-service teacher in China.
