陈可冀治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛用药规律探析

Discussion on Chen Keji′s Administration Laws of Treating Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris

目的:分析陈可冀院士治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的用药规律,为临床用药提供思路。方法:以陈可冀名老中医治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的31例典型医案为依据建立数据库,运用频数分析陈可冀名老中医治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的方剂配伍规律。结果:在所使用的75味中药中,活血药、化痰药及补虚药之间的配伍是最常用的药物组合,三者之间的配合应用构成了用药的一般规律。结论:陈可冀名老中医以活血化瘀为主,辅以化痰、扶正方法治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的学术观点及用药组方规律为临床治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛提供了用药思路。

Objective： To provide the ideas for clinical medication by analyzing academincian Chen Keji＆#39; s administration laws of treating coronary heart disease （CHD） stable angina pectoris. Methods： The data base was established by collecting 31 typical cases of CHD treated by famous doctor Chen Keji, prescription compatibility of famous doctor in treating CHD stable angina pectoris was analyzed by using frequency. Results： Among 75 kinds of herbs, the compatibility of blood-activating drugs, phlegm-eliminating herbs and tonics were commonly-used drug pairs, the compatibility of three drugs were the general rule of medication. Conclusion：Famous doctor Chen Keji＆#39;s academic view of mainly blood-activating stasis-eliminating, supplemented by phlegm-reducing, strengthening healthy Qi in treating CHD and his administration laws could provide administration thinking for clinical therapy of CHD stable angina pectoris.
