高校教师教学能力提升研究--基于省级示范性培训心得体会

The Experience of the Provincial Demonstration Training About Improving the Teaching Ability of University Teachers

通过参加山东省普通本科高校青年教师教学能力提升省级示范性培训，来自全省14所高校的63位青年教师，课上听取教授、专家报告，课下交流讨论、实践练习相结合，获益匪浅。在此，根据心得体会，从高等教育教学改革及人才培养特点和趋势、高校教师的社会责任与担当、教学环节和教学方法与技巧四方面深入探讨，与广大教师分享怎样才能有效教学，提高课堂效率。

By participating in the provincial demonstration training about improving the teaching ability of university teachers of Shandong, 63 young teachers from 14 colleges and Universities, listen to the report of the professors or experts, exchange discussion and practice together. Here, according to experience, this paper discuss in depth from four aspects of characteristics and trend of higher education reform and talent cultivation, social responsibility of University Teachers, teaching link, teaching methods and skills. Meanwhile, this paper shares with the majority of Teachers how to teach effectively, Improve classroom efficiency.
