摘要
以盛行欧美的游击餐厅为例,浅析其成功之处。对游击餐厅进行定义,分析游击餐厅的经营形式及其特点。以大学生这一群体为市场进行初探,对游击餐厅在大学校园的开发进行初步构想,以期为形成一个新兴餐饮项目的雏形提供参考。
In this paper, I'll take the famous pop-up restaurant in the United States and Europe as an example, analysing its success. First of all, the paper defines of the pop-up restaurant, analyses the existing business forms, and discusses the characteristics and problems of the guerrilla Restaurant. Doing the market research among college students, making a preliminary conception based on the college campus, so as to form a new catenng 1tern s rudiment.
