摘要
"地县一体化"建设是电网"大运行"管理体系中的重要组成部分。电力通信传输网作为信息传送的主要承载网,实现通信传输网的"地县一体化"运行将是完成电力系统生产、调度、营销等"地县一体化"的必要条件。文章结合电网一次网架结构,重点介绍组建地县融合一体的通信传输网网络,以及通信传输网在网架结构、运维检修、监控管理和资源利用等方面如何实现最合理的优化和最全面的调度,从而提高电网公司生产效益。
The construction of "integration of prefectures and counties" is an important part of the "big operation" management system of power grid. The power communication transmission network as the main load network of information transmission, the operation of "integration of prefectures and counties" of communication transmission network will be necessary to complete the production, dispatching and marketing of power system. Combining the grid structure of a grid, this paper mainly introduces the network of communication transmission network which integrates the integration of prefectures and counties, and how to achieve the most reasonable optimization and the most comprehensive dispatching in the aspects of network frame structure, operation maintenance, monitoring management and resource utilization, which is to increase the efficiency of the power grid.
