导师制在高职院校计算机专业培养中的应用

Application of tutorial system in the training of computer specialty in higher vocational colleges

导师制广泛应用于国内各大高校的博士研究生教育、硕士研究生教育中,而在本科和高职院校中很少采用,大都在毕业设计(论文)阶段才指定了一些指导老师。文章从导师制在高职院校计算机专业培养中的急迫性、开展的方式、开展的效果等进行阐述。

The tutorial system is widely used in doctoral and postgraduate education and master＇s degree education in major universities in China. And in undergraduate and vocational colleges rarely used, mostly in the graduation design （thesis） stage only designated a number of instructors. This paper expounds the urgency, the way and the effect of the tutorial system in the training of computer specialty in higher vocational colleges.
