摘要
目的比较水胶体透明贴与泡沫敷料2种方法治疗Ⅰ期压疮的效果,探讨治疗Ⅰ期压疮更有效、实用的方法。方法选取已发生Ⅰ期压疮的长期卧床患者60例,随机分成2组,各30例,A组使用水胶体透明贴进行干预治疗,B组使用泡沫敷料进行干预治疗,治疗7d后对2组疗效进行对比。结果 A组出现1例Ⅰ期压疮治疗无效,其余皮肤完整,治愈率97%;B组出现5例Ⅱ期压疮,4例Ⅰ期压疮无好转并出现局部皮肤过敏反应,治愈率70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗长期卧床并出现Ⅰ期压疮的患者中,水胶体透明贴的治疗效果优于泡沫敷料。
Objective To compare the effects of hydrocolloid dressing and foam dressing on stage I pressure sores and explore the more effec- tive and practical method for treatment of stage I pressure sores. Methods We selected 60 cases of long - term bedridden patients with stage I pressure sores as the study subjects. The subjects were divided into the A group（30 cases） and the B group（30 cases） randomly. The A group was treated with hydrocolloid dressing, and the B group was treated with foam dressing. The efficacy of the two groups was compared 7 days later. Results One case with stage I pressure sores of group A failed to the treatment while the others were recovered with intact skin, the cure rate was up to 97%. However,5 patients with II pressure sores of group B were worse than before and even appeared local skin aller- gic reaction, the cure rate was 70%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hydrocol- loid dressing is more effective than foam dressing in the treatments of of long - term bedridden patients with stage I pressure sores.
