风险管理在普外科护理管理中的应用效果

Role of risk management in nursing management in Department of general surgery

目的探讨风险管理在普外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月~12月收治的60例肠癌患者作为对照组,护士为患者提供常规护理;将2015年1月~6月收治的60例肠癌患者作为观察组,提供护理风险管理方法,比较2组护理不良事件及护理满意度情况。结果对照组患者总护理风险发生率为16例(26.67%),明显高于观察组2例(3.33%)(P<0.05);对照组患者对护理工作的满意率85%,观察组患者对护理工作的满意率为96.67%,观察组患者满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理,可明显减少护理风险事件发生率,提高患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度,具有重要作用价值。

Objective To explore the role of risk management in nursing management in Department of general surgery. Methods 60 pa- tients with colorectal cancer were selected from 2014 -12 month were included in the control group, routine nursing for nurses to provide pa- tients ;60 patients with colorectal cancer were 1 - 6 months of 2015 were included in the observation group, nurses provide nursing risk man- agement methods, compared two groups of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction. Results the incidence of total nursing risk in the control group was 16 cases （26.67%） ,which was significantly higher than that of the observation group （3.33%） ,P 〈0.05 （2）. The satis- faction rate of patients in the control group was 51 cases （ 85% ）, and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 58 cases （ 96.67% ）, and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion the imple- mentation of nursing risk management in Department of general surgery has achieved remarkable results ,which can significantly reduce the in- cidence of nursing risk events, and imorove the satisfaction of oatients and their families, and has an imoortant role in value.
