切口妊娠孕囊注射甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床疗效观察

目的了解经阴道孕囊注射甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术治疗子宫切口妊娠的疗效。方法回顾性分析11例肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤针联合清宫治疗子宫切口妊娠及9侧切口妊娠患者经阴道孕囊穿刺抽吸妊娠胚胎及羊水并注射甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术治疗的临床资料，观察治疗结局、副作用及住院时间等，并分析疗效。结果19例患者治疗均获成功，血人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）水平下降满意，副作用小，1例肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤针联合清宫术患者因瘢痕破裂行子宫修补术。结论孕囊穿刺抽吸妊娠胚胎及羊水并注射甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术治疗子宫切口妊娠疗效好，住院时间短，出血少，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Objective o investigate the efficacy of vaginal methotrexate injection combined with curettage in the treatment of incisional pregnancy. Methods 11 cases of intramuscular methotrexate injection combined with curettage and 9 cases of vaginal methotrexate injection combined with curettage were analyzed retrospectively.The treatment outcome, side effects and the length of hospital stay were observed and curative effect was analyzed. Results The treatment of 19 cases were successful and blood beta HCG drops, small side effects, 1 case of intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with curettage in patients with scar rupture for uterine repair. Conclusion Puncture pumping pregnant bursa pregnancy embryo and amniotic fluid and injected methotrexate combined with curettage has good curative effect, short hospital stay, less bleeding, high safety, for the incision pregnancy treatment, is worth clinical promotion.
