负压封闭引流术联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣治疗跟骨骨折术后切口感染疗效观察

目的观察负压封闭引流术联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣治疗跟骨骨折术后感染创面的临床疗效。方法2012年1月至2017年1月间30例跟骨骨折术后发生切口感染的患者，I期行清创持续负压引流术，Ⅱ期行腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复创面。结果30例患者感染均有效控制，皮瓣存活良好，光泽弹性，外表满意。结论负压封闭引流术联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣，在跟骨骨折术后感染创面所造成的软组织缺损修复中具有较好的实用性，宜于推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage （ VSD ） combined with the peroneal artery perforator flap in the treatment of postoperative infected wounds of calcaneal fracture. Methods From January 2012 to January 2017, 30 patients with postoperative infected wounds of calcaneal fracture, were treated with vacuum sealing drainage in the first phase, and the peroneal artery perforator flap was used to repair the wotmds in the second phase. Results 30 patients all had effective control of infection： flaps survived well with a satisfied appearance, and the color and elasticity were similar to the surrounding normal tissues, and the patients were all satisfied. Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage combined with the peroneal artery perforator flap is practical in the soft tissue defect repairing of postoperative infected wounds of calcaneal fracture, worth to promote in the clinical work.
