中医药治疗毒蛇咬伤患者临床疗效分析

目的探讨中医药治疗毒蛇咬伤的方法及疗效。方法选取2015年8月至2016年4月88例毒蛇咬伤患者作为观察对象，在常规的伤口处理和抗毒治疗的基础上，实施穴位放血、中药外敷以及中药内服等中医药治疗方法，观察患者的治疗效果。结果88例毒蛇咬伤患者经中医药治疗后，其治愈率和治疗有效率分别为69．32％和100％，并发症发生率为4．55％，患肢消肿时间为（3．42±0．61）d，疼痛消失时间为（2．85±1．32）d。结论中医药治疗毒蛇咬伤疗效显著，实现了内外兼治，更彻底的进行解毒排毒，提高了治疗的有效性，充分保障了患者的生理心理健康安全。

Objective To explore the methods and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of snakebite. Methods 88 cases of snakebite patients were selected as the research object in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2016. Patients were treated with acupoint bloodletting, external application of Chinese medicine and oral administration of Chinese medicine in the base of wound treatment and regular antivirulence therapy, the therapeutic effect of patients were observed. Results 88 cases of snakebite patients after treatment by Chinese medicine, the cure rate and effective rate were 69.32% and 100%, the complication rate was 4.55%, limb swelling time was （ 3.42 ± 0.61 ） d, and the pain disappeared time was （ 2.85 ± 1.32 ） d. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of snakebite has a very significant effect of the internal and external treatment, more thorough detoxification, improves treatment effectiveness, fully protects the health and safety ofpatients.
