解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2012年1月至2015年6月采用解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折30例临床资料。结果28例术后获得平均15(5-22)个月随访。骨折均愈合,肱骨头坏死1例,无骨折延迟愈合、骨折不愈合等并发症发生。末次随访时疗效按Neer评分标准评定:优10例、良12例、可5例、差1例,优良率78.5%。结论肱骨近端粉碎骨折采用解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗,其具有手术剥离范围小、创伤小、固定可靠、可早期功能锻炼等优点,疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the anatomic locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of proximal humeral comminuted fracture. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of proximal humeral comminuted fracture treated with anatomical locking plate fixation from January 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 28 cases of postoperative for an average of 15 ( 5 - 22 ) months follow-up. Fractures were healed, humerus head necrosis in 1 case, no complications such as delayed union of fracture, fracture non-unions. Curative effect at the time of the last follow-up in Neer criteria evaluation: 10 eases, 12 cases, 5 cases, 1 ease, was 78.5%. Conclusion Proximal humeral comminuted fracture with locking plate internal fixation treatment has the less surgical dissection scope, can small trauma, reliable fixation~, early functional exercise etc, curative effect is satisfied.
