丹参川芎嗪联合苦黄注射液治疗慢性黄疸型乙肝疗效观察

目的观察丹参川芎嗪联合苦黄注射液治疗慢性黄疸型乙肝的临床疗效。方法将2013年1月至2016年1月136例慢性黄疸型乙肝患者随机分为观察组（68例）和对照组（68例）。对照组静脉滴注30ml苦黄注射液与250ml5％葡萄糖注射液的混合液，观察组在此基础上予以丹参川芎嗪10ml加入5％葡萄糖注射250ml。两组均给予甘草酸单胺针100ml及古胱甘肽针1．5g常规护肝治疗。观察总胆红素（TBil）、丙氨酸转氨酶（Au？）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）变化情况。结果治疗4周后观察组患者的总有效率95．6％大于对照组的总有效率76．4％，差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05），观察组及对照组患者的血清中TBil、ALT、AST经治疗后均明显改善，但观察组肝功能改善显著，优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论丹参川芎嗪联合苦黄注射液治疗慢性黄疸型乙肝的临床疗效良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Salvia tetromethylpyrazine Kuhuang injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis with jaundice. Methods Patients with chronic hepatitis with jaundice from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group of 68 cases and a control group of 68 patients. The control group received Kuhuang injection 30ml 5% glucose injection 250ml intravenous infusion, observation group received Salvia TMP 10ml 5% glucose injection 250m on the basis of the control group. Both groups received Glycyrrhetate amine needle 100ml and ancient glutathione conventional needle 1.5g routine therapy. The total bilirubin （ TBil ） , alanine aminotransferase （ ALT ） , aspartate aminotransfemse （ AST ） changes were observed. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6% greater than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 76.4%, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . TB significantly decreased in the observation group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , the ALT and AST of observation group and the control group were significantly decreased, the two groups＇ difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The clinical curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined bitter yellow injection in the treatment of chronic icteric model hepatitis B is good.
