脑挫裂伤性精神障碍32例诊治分析

目的探讨脑挫裂伤引起的精神障碍患者的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析32例脑挫裂伤引起的精神障碍患者的临床资料。结果伤后6个月随访，32例患者痊愈16例，显著好转11例，好转5例，无效0例。结论及时发现诊断和早期积极有效的治疗脑挫裂伤引起的精神障碍患者，可明显改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders caused by brain contusion and laceration. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with mental disorders caused by brain contusion and laceration were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months after injury, 16 cases were cured in this group, significant improvementin 11 cases, improvement in 5cases, invalid 0 cases. Conclusion Timely diagnosis and early, effective treatment of patients with mental disorders caused by brain contusion and laceration, can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
