玄明粉混合冰片外敷预防静脉炎发生的临床应用

目的探讨玄明粉混合冰片预防静脉炎的效果。方法将2016年5月至10月收治的住院患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例。观察组用玄明粉混合冰片外敷于穿刺点及穿刺血管近心端静脉走向皮肤预防静脉炎的发生，对照组不做预防性处理。结果观察组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组（p均〈0．01）。结论使用玄明粉混合冰片能有效地预防静脉炎的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of mixture of mirabilitum dehydratum and borneol in preventing phlebitis. Methods 120 patients in our hospital who were admitted during May to October in 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group. The observation group externally applied the mixture of mirabilitum dehydratum and borneol to the puncture point and the puncture vein proximal vein to the skin to prevent phlebitis the control group did not receive prophylactic treatment. Results The incidence of phlebitis in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group （ all P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion The mixture of mirabilitum dehydratum and borneol can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis.
