摘要
传统液压支架侧护板通常设计为一侧固定,一侧伸缩动作,在液压支架左、右工作面倒换时,需升井调换侧护板,生产效率较低。现设计一种用于控制液压支架侧护板的新型单活塞杆双缸筒油缸,可以控制侧护板双侧单独或同时实现伸缩动作,从而液压支架在调换工作面时,不再需要升井调换侧护板。通过生产应用,此项革新提高液压支架转换工作面的效率,还可以提高液压支架检修效率,降低检修成本。
The traditional hydraulic support plate is designed as one side fixed and one side telescopic. Low production efficiency is usually associated with the need of lifting the hydraulic support up the mine to have the side protection plate changed during left-right mining face exchanges. A new type oil cylinder with single piston rod and double cylinder is designed to control the side protection plate of hydraulic support. The aim is to control both sides of the side protection plate to achieve the scaling action independently or simultaneously. Therefore, when the hydraulic support is changing face, it is necessary to lift it up the mine and replace the side protection plate. Through application in the production,this innovation not only improves the efficiency of hydraulic bracket conversion, but also enhances the efficiency of hydraulic support and maintenance, thereby reduces the cost of maintenance.
