钻机操作台排油主要是排出胶管内的液压油,由于胶管长度在3~5 m,目前的操作台胶管排油,采用行车挂绳索将操作台吊起5 m高,液压油依靠重力自然流出,排出的油到处洒落,在升降过程中操作台晃动大,安全隐患大,因此需设计出可固定、安全可靠的升降机构,实现2个操作台同时排油,然后直接回到油箱系统中,从而达到操作台胶管排油安全、高效、清洁。
