摘要
通过对锤式破碎机空载启动功率的影响因子进行仿真分析,得出破碎轴组空载消耗设计的指导性理论,主要对破碎轴组转动惯量和破碎机启动时长2个影响因子进行分析,最终拟合出指导性的计算公式和理论。
A guiding theory for the no-load consumption's design of crusher rotor is obtained,through the simulation analysis of factors for no-load start power. Mainly analyzes the non-load start power of crusher, include two factors which were the moment of inertia of crusher rotor and the starting time of crusher. Finally, the formula and theory are fitted for the desgin of crusher rotor.
