摘要
通过复数矢量法导出复摆颚式破碎机的运动学和动力学模型,并获得破碎机在增加配重下对地基的振动力优化模型。以某PE-75106颚式破碎机为例进行配重优化分析,对比不同目标函数对平衡效果的影响,探讨颚式破碎机平衡的最优方法。
After the kinematics and dynamics model of compound pendulum jaw crusher is derived by using the complex number vector method, the optimization model of vibratory force of the crusher frame in the case of adding counterweight is created. By optimizingthe counterweight of a PE-75106 jaw crusher, and comparing the influence of different objective functions on the balance effect ,the optimization method of balancing of vibratory force of jaw crusher is discussed.
