2种PDC钻头在淮南某煤矿硬岩穿层钻孔施工中的对比与分析 被引量:4

摘要 在对比切削原理、结构设计及加工工艺的基础上,选取了弧角形结构和内凹结构2种钻头进行了现场应用试验,并在钻进效率、钻头寿命及综合性价比等方面进行了对比分析,对比发现胎体弧角形PDC钻头在硬岩穿层钻孔施工中具有效率高、寿命长、性价比高等特点,适用于硬岩穿层钻孔钻进施工。 Based on the analysis of the principle of cutting,selecting the arc angle of drill bit type structure and concave type structure which were carried on the field application, drilling efficiency while cutting, service life of bitand cost performance has been carried on the contrast analysis, the results show that the angle of PDC bit while drilling in hard rock layer-through borehole has characteristics of a longer service life, higher efficiency and higher cost performance, the arc angle of drill bit is suitable for hard rock layer-through borehole drilling construction.
