中心高度可视化的快速装刀装置的设计与应用

摘要 针对金属切削刀具安装时通过人工目测或测量判断是否等高所带来的误差,设计了一种中心高度可视化的快速装刀装置。包括机床主轴、机床尾座及对刀装置等。对刀装置中包含了有色激光灯及供电电路,当电路中的电源、开关和有色激光灯通过导线连成一个完整回路时,通过开关可使对刀装置中的有色激光灯所发射的有色光线的光路朝向机床主轴,且有色光线的光路与机床主轴的回转中心线相重合,以此为基准快速调节并安装车刀。该设计的目的是为了节省在车床上安装车刀的操作时间,使车刀刀尖定位准确。通过应用与测试结果得知,该装置大大减少了安装车刀的装刀时间,切实可行。 In view of the errors caused by the artificial visual inspection or measurement of metal cutting tools during installation, a rapid tool loading device with central height visualization is designed. Including machine tool spindle, machine tool tailstock and tool setting device. The tool setting device contains a colored laser light and the power supply circuit, they will get into a complete loop through the wire. Colored laser light emitted by the tool setting device toward the machine tool spindle, which coincide with the center of rotation of the machine toolspindle, on the basis of adjustment and installation tool. The purpose is to save the operation time of installation tool on the lathe and make the tool tip accurately positioned. Through the application and test results, it is proved that the device greatly reduces the time of installing the tool, it is practical and feasible.
