摘要
对典型材料31CrMoV6钢,选取不同的工艺参数进行表面激光淬火,取样后进行金相组织照片采集、淬火层层深及显微硬度检测分析,并对试验结果进行对比分析,结果表明:淬火层为均匀细小、致密无缺陷的组织,激光淬火处理后材料表面硬度可提高2~2.5倍,淬硬层深度可达0.83mm,且最大硬度不是在工件表面,而是在距表面0.2~0.4mm处。
Laser surface quenchinghas been carried outwithdifferent process parameters on typical material 31CrMoV6 steel.Microstructure pictures has been collected after sampling,and the depth of hardening layer as well asmicrohardness have been tested and analyzed,and the test results were contrastively analyzed. Results indicate thathardening layer are withuniform andfineorganizing, and defect-freeas well as dense, and thatlaser quenching treatment can improve the surface hardness of the material 2-2.5 times,and the depth of hardening layer can reach to 0.83 mm,and that the area with themaximum hardnessis not on the surface,but belowthe surface of 0.2-0.4 mm.
